ALLE Kids Cadde Nearing Completion

Pines and Alle Sağlık’s second joint project is nearing completion and is expected to be opened in February 2026. Located in Bağdat Street, Alle Kids Cadde is the new project the duo realized after their renowed debut – Alle Kids in Ataşehir.

Fiba Factoring Offices are Completed

Projects, January 2026

PINES’ latest office interiors, FIBA Factoring Offices in Levent, İstanbul, opened its doors with a new look. Completed in less than 90 days, the 800-square-meter office space operates as the headquarters of one of Turkey’s fastest growing finance firms.

Construction began in Al Wahda Hospital, which was under re-construction. It will be opening its doors in late 2026.

Construction phase began in Al Wahda Hospital E Block, Studio Pines’ first project in Libya. Designated as the mother and child healthcare block, the two-story block contains clinics, operation rooms, labor rooms, baby-care units.
